The total interior area is 220 m2 or 2370 square feet. The terraced garden is 1200 m2 or 13,000 square feet. There is a garage and additional parking area on the driveway. The villa is south-east facing, at an altitude of 110 meters, or 330 feet. The Villa was chosen for the (British) Channel Four documentary 'A Place in the Sun' as one of the most beautiful properties on the Cote d'Azur. |

Le Trayas is a village built on the slopes of the Pic Martin, a hill at the foot of the Esterel mountain range. The local coast line is known as the Cote d'Or, featuring the world famous Corniche d'Esterel, one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. The Cote d'Or has innumerable small sandy bays, separated by dramatic cliffs. |

The nearest airport is Nice at ca. 40 min. The nearest train station is Le Trayas at 1.5 km. The nearest pub/restaurant and the nearest convenience store are at ca. 1 km (10 min on foot). Cannes, the nearest town, is at 19 km (ca 25 min by car). |
